Chelsea Wonderkid Dominic Solanke To Make Nigeria Debut Against Senegal, Claims NFF

Chelsea striker Dominic Solanke could make
his international debut for the Super Eagles
when they lock horns with Senegal in March,
according to reports.
The Guardian Nigeria, citing an unnamed
source at the Nigeria Football Federation, has
sensationally CLAIMED that Solanke is in line
for a shock call-up to Gernot Rohr’s side
during the next international break.
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that
individuals close to the Sports Ministry and
NFF earlier approached the Blues wonderkid
to turn out for Nigeria rather than England, but
he snubbed their overtures as he fancies his
chances with the Three Lions.
Born in Reading 19 years ago, Solanke has
played for the U16, U17, U18, U19 and U21
national teams of England, but can still
represent the Super Eagles if the grandfather
rule is invoked since he has not played
competitively for the English senior team.
The newspaper has also claimed that Jordon
Ibe, Kelvin Akpoguma, Chuba Akpom, Karim
Onisowo and Ola Aina will be called up for the
international friendly.
