And Redknapp believes Jose Mourinho needs to
take a leaf out of Antonio Conte's book.
The Chelsea manager has guided the Blues to
seven consecutive wins in the league after
switching to a 3-4-3 formation last month and has
named the same starting XI for the last six outings.
"Jose Mourinho needs to work out what his best
team is," Redknapp told Sky Sports.
